Document Certification (Apostille, Notarization, Consular Legalization & Others)

Apostille Certification

Apostille certifies the authenticity and validity of documents. It is effective among countries that are participants of the Hague Convention (Apostille Convention).
When a document is going to be used outside the country where it was issued, Apostille is often required to officially prove that such document is valid and authentic. Although there are other types of document certification such as notarization and consular legalization, Apostille is the most typical one because more than half the countries of the world are participants of the Apostille Convention. See the latest Apostille Country & Region List here.
Apostille is typically required in the processes of visa application, application to school, marriage registration, and incorporation outside the country where the document was issued. Whatever the case is, completing the document certification procedure requires substantial time and effort, if you are not experienced in this area.
We are an experienced certification service provider. We complete the complex process quickly on behalf of you, and at the same time, we pay full attention to the details of the case to eliminate any trouble accruing after your submission of the certified document.
We help you reduce your stress and also save your valuable time.

Translation of Certificates and Standard Documents

Translation of Certificates

The translation of certificates is required in many processes such as visa application, application to school, marriage registration, and incorporation outside the country where the original certificate was issued.
Certificates are harder to translate than they appear. All necessary information is input in a limited space such as a sheet of paper and a small card. Description by text is minimum, and instead, symbols, marks and numbers are used and have significant meanings. Substantial research and knowledge are required to correctly understand what those symbols and numbers mean.
Our translator is a legal professional and also an experienced legal translator between Japanese and English. The translation you will receive is prepared based on solid knowledge and skill in both legal and translation areas. Translation between Japanese and a non-English language will be outsourced to an outside professional or translator.
Use our services to obtain reliable translations.
